The following meta tag is present in the HTML source code of the browser when using Portal, causing the browser to emulate IE7 and making it incompatible with systems that require newer versions of IE to be used:
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />
When using Portal, Appian automatically emulates IE7 because Portal is not compatible with newer browsers
Update environment to use Tempo instead of Portal
This article applies to all versions of Appian using Portal
