Process modeler icons are missing/broken when using IIS web server as seen in the following image:
The IIS documentation suggests having the following property in place when creating the workers.properties file:
worker.list=wlb,wlb_appian,jkstatus
The described issue can happen if the worker.list property is not correctly configured or if there is a missing worker in the workers.properties file of the IIS setup.
Ensure the workers.properties is correctly configured as per this documentation and ensure there are no missing workers.
