DRAFT KB-XXXX How to submit a product enhancement request

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to give a high-level overview of the product enhancement request process for Appian.

Instructions

  1. Customer: Create a Support case and submit the following worksheet: Appian_Product_Enhancement_Request.docx. All sections highlighted in yellow MUST be filled out.  Please feel free to attach any related images or other attachments to the Support case.
  2. Appian: Review the worksheet and communicate any follow up questions.
  3. Appian + Customer: Communicate all questions regarding the worksheet in order to create a final copy of the worksheet.
  4. Appian: Submit the finalized product enhancement request worksheet to the Appian Product Team.
