The users see the following screen when trying to login into Appian:
The screen refreshes after trying to login and no errors are displayed on the browser.
This issue presents itself when either some of the static content is not available on the web server or if there are permission restrictions on the static content.
Ensure that the static content was migrated properly on the web server. If you are using symbolic links in order to point to the static content, make sure the static content has correct permission.
