Appian fails to load custom branding and, after logging in, Tempo, Designer, and the Admin Console do not load and display 404 errors in the browser network capture.
An incompatible version of WebLogic is being used.
Ensure a compatible version of WebLogic is being used as stated in the System Requirements documentation. Verify that the documentation is loaded for the correct version of Appian as the WebLogic version required may be different for different Appian versions.
This article applies to all versions of Appian using WebLogic as the application server.
