KB-XXXX Objects view in /design does not load objects until a search term is given or a filter is used

Symptoms

When loading the Objects view in /design, no objects appear until the user searches for a term or uses an Object Type filter:

Cause

This was an intentional behavior change made via AN-112935 in the following Appian Hotfixes:

• Appian 18.1 Hotfix Package G
• Appian 18.2 Hotfix Package E
• Appian 18.3 Hotfix Package B

Action

Search for the name, ID, or UUID of the needed design object, or filter on the necessary Object Type.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian version 18.1 and later.
