Does Appian Support Exchange 2016?
We do not specify a set list of mail servers that we support. Instead, we provide instructions on how to connect our software to a mail server using pop3, IMAP, or IMAPS. What should the "forceImapLogin" setting be set to?
This depends on how you want Appian to login. If you want to force Appian to use IMAP LOGIN instead of IMAP AUTHENTICATE when attempting to connect to the email server, then set this property to true. If not, leave it as the default value of false. Does Appian support Exchange using a shared mailbox using a proxy service account?
It is possible to poll a Microsoft Exchange shared mailbox. You need to set the forceImapLogin property to true when attempting to poll a Microsoft Exchange shared mailbox. A shared mailbox will have a username pattern similar to DOMAIN\username\mailboxname
Does Appian support Exchange 2016 UPN compatability?
UPN is more on the customer facing side with their exchange settings, we dont really care as long as we have the mailbox to connect to
Is Appian compatible with NTLMv2?NTLMv2 is not currently supported.
