How to check if -static domain is configured correctly in order to use Document Viewer Component (DVC)

Purpose

Starting Appian 18.3, in order to use the Document Viewer Component (DVC) a -static domain needs to be correctly configured as mention in the documentation. This article outlines how to confirm whether or not the static domain is configured correctly

Instructions

1. Navigate to <AppianStaticURL>/suite/rest/a/content/latest/docview/a.
2. If a blank page is returned, the -static domain is set up correctly.
3. If a blank page is not returned, 
   1. For on premise install, begin the troubleshooting process by checking the web server configurations. Ensure that along with the FQDN, -static and -dynamic domain are handled properly by the web server as mentioned in the documentation.  
   2. For cloud site, open a support case with Appian Technical Support.
