After a domiain name in Appian Cloud, the following warning is witnessed while trying to reach Appian:
During the process of domain name change, Appian Technical Support provided customer a CNAME. This issue occurs when the CNAME on customer's side is not correctly configured.
To resolve the issue, confirm that the CNAME value matches the value provided by Appian Technical Support.
This article applies to all versions of Appian.
