The Twilio component fails to load within Appian, and the application server log shows the following error:
ERROR com.appiancorp.twilioservlet.TwilioServlet - Error initializing Twilio com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException: Failed to decrypt. Only values of type <E2><80><99>Encrypted Text<E2><80><99> can be decrypted. (APNX-1-4260-002)
Twilio version 1 is not compatible with the latest hotfix of Appian 19.3 and above.
Upgrade the Twilio Component from version 1 to version 2. For instructions, follow KB-XXXX How to upgrade a!twilioField from version 1 to version 2.
