The below error is thrown in a pink box while accessing the front-end of the application:
An Error Has Occuredresponse.text is not a function
There is an issue with communication between the end user's browser client and the Appian server.
Troubleshoot the integrity and performance of the network connection between afflicted end-users and the Appian installation. Network captures will likely only show incomplete responses when the issue is reproduced, so investigation of this issue will require an analysis of the packet's flow through the network between the two endpoints.
