When a task is assigned to group of assignees, accepted by or reassigned to a process Manager or System admin, and subsequently reassigned to a user from the original pool of assignees, the user can now assign to anyone (just like the Manager and system admin).
Reassignment permissions are inherited by the previous assignee. This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team with reference number AN-96059.
