System Administrators receive an email saying a connected environment was removed, but no system administrators report removing the configuration.
When Appian receives a 404 at the /suite/devops-infrastructure/handlers url, it will automatically remove the connected environment
/suite/devops-infrastructure/handlers
If the environment was not intended to be removed, re-add it.
