System Administrators receive an email saying a connected environment was removed, but no system administrators report removing the configuration.
Additionally, the devops_infrastructure.csv log shows the user who setup the connection as the remover.
When Appian receives an HTTP 404 at the /suite/devops-infrastructure/handlers url, Appian will automatically remove the connected environment.
/suite/devops-infrastructure/handlers
Re-add the connected environment.
