Banner messages show up as "???????????" in Start Process Links once the task is complete as shown below:
When using an unsupported language, the banners present in Start Process Link will return "??????????" because that language is not part of the official languages in the Admin console so Appian does not know how to present it.
Only use character sets that are part of the languages specified in our documentation: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.4/Appian_Administration_Console.html#language-settings
