DRAFT SP-9459 How to generate or reset Health Check credentials

Purpose

This article describes how authorized Support Contacts can create new Health Check credentials or reset the password of existing Health Check accounts.

Prerequisites

In order to create or reset your Health Check credentials, you must be:

1. An authorized Support Contact for your organization
2. Able to receive emails from forum@appian.com

Instructions

1. Open MyAppian and navigate to the Health Tab.
2. Under "Health Check," click the Credentials card.
3. Select the organization for which you would like to create or reset Health Check credentials.
   1. Each organization is only provided one Health Check account, which should be used across all environments.
4. Click "Search for Account" and follow the remaining steps provided in MyAppian.
