When opening a portal form in Appian 17.2, the "Working..Working..." message at the bottom of the form persists indefinitely despite the form fully loading. This issue is only seen with chained tasks.
This issue has been resolved via AN-87217 in Appian 17.2 Hotfix Package C.
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation.
