Integrated Windows authentication with a SQL Server database is not supported in Appian Cloud. It requires the party making the request to be running as a Windows account or to use an open source driver, neither of which are supported in Appian Cloud.
To test connectivity to the SQL Server database, you will need to enable a username/password authentication on the database side and test connectivity with those credentials.
