Integrated Windows authentication with a SQL Server database is not supported in Appian Cloud. It requires the party making the request to be running as a Windows account or to use an open source driver, neither of which are supported in Appian Cloud.
To test connectivity to the SQL Server database, you will need to enable username/password authentication on the database side and test connectivity with those credentials.
