This section is to provide next steps after you have ran the repair script and run into the following error message in the server log:
"FATAL com.appian.server.tools.repair.Log - The K tree is incomplete. This file cannot be repaired."
This issue is with the Appian engines having a corrupt kdb file.
There is no way to fix a corrupt K tree. Instead you would needs to roll back to previous KDB.
This article applies to all versions of Appian.
