While users are navigating within phpMyAdmin on Cloud Sites, they regularly encounter that the page will not respond and eventually provide a pink box that reads:
Error in Processing Request Error code: 200 Error text: OK
Error in Processing Request
Error code: 200
Error text: OK
This is caused when multiple sessions of the same user are interacting with the phpMyAdmin interface. This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-95328.
Avoid opening multiple sessions of phpMyAdmin with the same user.
This article applies to Appian 17.2 and later.
