FitNesse scripts fail to run with the following error in the application server log:
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: XX.X is not a recognized version
Appian is on a newer version than the current FitNesse version recognizes.
e.g. Appian is on version 18.2, but FitNesse is on version 17.3.
Install the newest version of FitNesse.
This article applies to FitNesse 17.3 and up.
