After migration to 18.1 users are not able to see some of the document folders in the /suite/design.

As part of the 18.1 release the "Documents" tab in designer was removed. Unfortunately this caused users to be unable to search for specific Knowledge Centers and reports present within those Knowledge Centers.
This issue has been resolved via AN-105386 in the following hotfixes/versions:
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
This article applies to Appian 18.1 and 18.2.
