Purpose

The purpose of this article is to give a high-level overview of the product enhancement request process for Appian.

Instructions

Create a Support case with the following details:

  1. Title of Enhancement Request
  2. Description
    1. Explain who (actors) does what (interactions) with the system, for what purpose (goal).
    2. Please feel free to attach any related images or other attachments to the Support case.
  3. Workaround
    1. Workaround Details
    2. Impact of Using the Workaround
  4. Contact Information
    1. Contact Name
    2. Email Address
    3. Phone Number
    4. Does the contact agree to discuss the enhancement request further?
