After updating a constant that is used to determine when or how often a process model should trigger, the process model relying on the constant does not pick up on an updated constant value. For example, if using a numeric constant to trigger a process every 10 minutes, after changing the constant value to 8, the process still triggers every 10 minutes.
This is a known issue with the Appian product and has been reported to the Appian Product Team as AN-52689.
Save and publish the process model(s) relying on the constant, which will prompt the model(s) to pick up the new value.
