Symptoms
Appian services start successfully, but when running the start-appserver.bat script tomcat does not start and tomcat-stdOut.log file is not generated.
Tomcat will display no running instances when attempting to run stop-appserver.bat.
Cause
This has been addressed in AN-127905 and will be addressed in the next hotfix.
