After a domain name in Appian Cloud, the following warning is witnessed while trying to reach the Appian site:
During the process of a domain name change, Appian Technical Support provides customers with a CNAME. This issue occurs when the CNAME on the customer side is not correctly configured.
To resolve the issue, confirm that the CNAME value matches the value provided by Appian Technical Support.
This article applies to all versions of Appian.
