After upgrading to Appian 19.3, the following new plugins are installed on sites:

Starting in Appian 19.3, Appian released some new features related to SharePoint and Dynamic 365 which require those plugins.
This is expected behavior and those plugins are deployed on every site after upgrading to Appian 19.3. These are Appian internal components that are automatically deployed as part of new OOTB features
