DRAFT KB-[SP-5394] User tasks direct users to invalid URL when User Start Pages are configured

Symptoms

Task emails send users to wonky and incorrect URLS

A trailing '/' is included at the end of the User Start Page URL

Remove the trailing '/' at the end of User Start Pages. For example.

<hostname>/suite/tempo/

Should be updated to

<hostname>/suite/tempo
