When User Start Pages are configured, some users see a "403 Access Denied error" after attempting to access a task from an email:
However, they are able to access the task directly within Appian such as by navigating to /suite/tempo/tasks.
The user is being directed to an invalid URL due to an extra forward slash '/' at the end of the User Start Page URL, as seen in the above screenshot.
This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-169824.
Remove the trailing forward slash after the User Start Page URL. For example:
