The banner message for a Start Process Link appears as "???????????" once the process starts successfully after completing any initial chained forms:
The banner message text uses a language that is not part of the Administration Console's list of supported languages, so Appian is unable to present it correctly.
Ensure that the banner message is using a language that is supported by your specific version of Appian, as new versions of Appian may support additional languages that are not supported on earlier versions. For example, the supported languages for Appian version 20.4 can be found here.
