The banner message for a Start Process Link appears as "???????????" once the process starts successfully after completing any initial chained forms:
The banner message contains characters from a language that is not supported by your version of Appian, so Appian is unable to display it correctly.
Ensure that the banner message only contains characters from languages supported by your specific version of Appian, as newer versions of Appian may add support for languages that are not supported on earlier versions. Supported languages can be found in the Administration Console documentation here.
