[DRAFT]KB-XXXX How to update/edit profile

Purpose

This article outlines how to update support contact profile with a valid phone number. This is necessary to ensure that Appian support can contact the ticket creator to discuss open support tickets.

Instructions

1. Go to Appian Community.
2. Login to the site.
3. Click on the profile icon on right side of screen and select "Profile".
4. Click “Edit Profile”.
5. Input or update "Phone (Office)" with a valid contact phone number. 
6. Click "Save Profile".
