KB-XXXX Internalization configurations not visible in process modeler

Symptoms

Adding additional language settings apart from the default English(US) do not appear in the General tab of Process Model Properties.

Cause

The configuration changes have not been pushed out to all components within Appian.

Action

To correct this issue, perform the following:

• For on-premise installations, perform and application server restart.
• For cloud installations, please create a case with Appian Support in order to schedule maintenance to have the application server restarted.
