DRAFT KB-XXXX Installing Appian on Linux fails with "bad end of central directory record" error

 Installing Appian on a Linux OS fails with the following error:

Cause

This issue is related to how the Appian installer file was copied to the Linux host server.

Action

Re-copy the installer file as a root user on the Linux server and test again.
