Starting Appian 18.3, in order to use Document Viewer Component (DVC) a -static domain needs to be correctly configured as mention in the documentation.
1. Navigate to <Appian Static URL>/suite/rest/a/content/latest/docview/a
<Appian Static URL>/suite/rest/a/content/latest/docview/a
2. If you get a blank page, you can confirm that the static domain is set up correctly.
3. If you don't get a blank page, start the troubleshooting process via checking the web server config.
