DRAFT - KB-XXXX - Date format validation is not translated based on Locale

This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

Validations on date components display in US date format: "mm/dd/yyyy". For example, if the system language is set to English (United Kingdom) / en_GB, and an invalid date is passed, the built-in validation is triggered and the following error message is displayed:

The value XX/XX/XXXX is not a valid date. Valid format is mm/dd/yyyy.

The expected en_GB date format should be: "dd/mm/yyyy". This is currently the behavior for all languages.
