After upgrading to 18.3, the Export SQL to excel smart service which is a part of the Excel Tools throws the error given below:

There is an issue with the JNDI name used in the configuration.
Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.
This article applies to all versions of Appian running 18.3 and later.
